Event Description
The Euro Trade Summit 2024 was an international conference on trade, logistics, technology, and sustainable digital transformation, organized by the founders of the European Digital Trade Center.
Held on August 29–30, 2024, at Tehnopol Science and Business Park in Tallinn, Estonia, the summit brought together business leaders, government representatives, technology specialists, logistics professionals, researchers, and entrepreneurs from more than 15 countries.
The event explored how digital technologies can improve international commerce, supply chain performance, public administration, and cross-border collaboration. Key topics included Estonia’s e-governance model, digital logistics, artificial intelligence, blockchain, IoT-enabled transport, fleet management, cybersecurity, sustainable trade, digital skills education, and commercial financing supported by emerging technologies.
Participants also discussed the importance of digital infrastructure, real-time cargo visibility, electronic freight information, and secure data exchange. The summit created opportunities for international networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration between companies, institutions, and experts working to build more efficient, transparent, and sustainable trade systems.
The Euro Trade Summit 2024 established the foundation for future editions in Portugal and reinforced EDTC’s commitment to digital trade, green logistics, technology transfer, and international cooperation.
